The Beginning
The beginning (years 0-5) of an organization is when passion and inspiration are at their peak, when ideas and possibility are limitless and when clarity around mission, vision and values is essential. It’s my favorite time. I love working with individuals and organizations as they imagine what could be, what needs to be and what role their burgeoning organization wants to play in making the world a better place. I can work as a coach, a group facilitator or in a project driven capacity.
